Planet Sub dates back more than 20 years to a small hole-in-the-wall in Lawrence, Kansas known as Yello Sub–Lawrence’s first and, arguably best, sub shop. Expanding beyond Lawrence meant changing the name, but not the scrumptious, made-from-scratch, whole wheat bread or the variety of quality meats, cheeses, and veggies. Planet Sub’s sandwiches are a fabulous mix of ingredients oven- baked to achieve a unique taste, unattainable simply by toasting.
