Q. What do I do if I change my mind or something comes up and I can't go and get the order?
A. Immediately call the restaurant at (515) 963-4500 and we will see what we can work out.

Q. What if I have a special request?
A. At the end of the checkout process when ordering online, you have the opportunity to write us a note. So, if you don't want ice in your drink or need extra napkins or silverware, that is the place to ask for it.

Q. Are meeting rooms available and special catering?
A. Contact our manager at (515) 963-4500 during normal working hours. Catering is available for meetings or parties.

Q. What if 4 of us from our office want to have a meeting over lunch at Palmers and each wants to order his/her own meal. How do we do this so it is all ready at the same time and put together?
A. Simple. Each of you can go online and place your order, choose the pick-up option, and put the same time down for when you want it ready. Then, while online, as you are about to checkout, in the space for comments, put in, "Please put this with the other orders for ABC Company." We'll have them all together.
